Positive: 1.Location: Super convenient shops, food spots, and bars. Very close to Queen Victoria Market and within the free tram zone. 2.Pool and sauna facilities: The pool was really nice, and the outdoor jacuzzi was great—even in winter. 3.The apartment has a beautiful view of the city. Negative: 1. We were welcomed by a foul smell, most likely coming from the master bedroom bathroom. The apartment smelled very damp, and we had to open the windows immediately upon arrival. 2. Cleanliness definitely needs improvement. The bathrooms had a strong unpleasant odor, and the couch was stained and dirty. 3. Pillows: Extremely thin—almost paper-like. Even using two pillows felt like sleeping without any support. This really affected our overall experience. After long days of travel, all we wanted was a good shower and a restful sleep, but the pillows made it difficult to get comfortable. 4. Towels: We stayed for 4 nights but were only provided with one thin towel per person for the entire stay. 5. The host wasn’t very responsive. Overall, I would rate the service and experience as 3 stars—not 5 stars. There are several maintenance, cleaning, and furniture upgrades that could significantly improve the comfort and overall experience of the place.

Very poor management and communication. Good location but poor building structure which made it very noisy when windy Positive: Location Negative: No soap, tea towel or basic items provided and not enough cutlery for the 6 people staying. Very loud noise in the walls and ceiling which made it difficult to sleep in most rooms. Poor management of property

Positive: Great views and price Negative: Old Undies left behind and a few things in the place were broken or poorly maintained.

Positive: The location, the views, and the size. The balcony was a bonus. Negative: The two minor rooms could have done with more blankets on the beds or spare in the cupboard. The kids were very cold.
