3BR w/ 180° Ocean & City Views | Pool, Spa & Gym

Positive: The view was amazing, very clean place and great location. Negative: Host was difficult to reach, and looking for a number was not clear. I am still waiting to hear back from them regarding an invoice and messaged them multiple times.

Better than we had expected from previous reviews. The problem with keys was the major disadvantage. Positive: Location good. Views spectacular. Beds comfortable. Kitchen facilities good. Good value accommodation. Negative: A 3 br apartment implies at least 3 people staying there, if not more. One door key is NOT sufficient, especially considering fob attached to key is needed to get inside building and up in lift to 57th floor. This was the major problem we had with the apartment. An extra blanket or throw rug for each bed would have been appreciated.

Very dirty apartment. Unhygienic Positive: View and location Negative: Very dirty Air-conditioning filters were so full that no air was coming out. The sink was disconnected when we tried to use the kitchen sink. Water everywhere. No mop, no broom, Tried to call the contact number 3 times, but the phone was turned off No tea, coffee sugar essential. There are no extra rugs When your walls are glass on the 57th floor, extra rugs would be good, so very cold 🥶 Very dirty, bathroom floor was disgusting The kitchen pantry floor was disgusting And so was the kitchen bin. I dont think it's ever been rinsed out. It felt very unhygienic and dirty!

Positive: View good, nice place Negative: Good service and good Prices

Negative: Not as advertised. No dryer. Only one key was horrible to deal with.
