Modern 2BR Apartment | Pool, Spa & Gym in CBD

Poor. Communications are terrible. Cleanliness is terrible. Do not recommend this company at all Positive: The location was great and had potential to be an amazing stay. The apartment was good but cleanliness was way below poor. And required significant maintenance and upkeep to meet an acceptable standards Negative: Communication was awful. I tried contacting the property numerous times and their response was almost non existent or extremely delayed. The room was not made up and we had to wait past our 3pm check in. When we arrived back 3&1/2 hours later with no communication if the room was in fact ready, the cleaning staff had not even commenced cleaning. We had to wait again for another hour to get into our room. This was 7:30pm by the time we entered. The room was still dirty, bathroom floor was dirty, the windows and mirrored cupboards were dirty, there were stains on the lounge and crusted something on the mat. It felt disgusting. All the dirty linen was left in a basket in a cupboard in the kitchen. It was definitely not an Opulent Stay as the company name would suggest. We were offered a 2 hours delay for check out despite needing to leave early prior to the 10am check out time. Even communicating about the early check out was delayed and un professional. Non compliant with safety standards also. Fire alarm was not operational and hanging down with no battery installed. Photos are post cleaning. Unable to add more. Your money is better spent with another company!!!!

Good memories Melbourne trip Positive: View, location and price 😁 Negative: Unable to access key after 9pm made it difficult

Would not recommend Positive: Location was great. There was a Woolies metro one minute away which made grocery shopping easy. Negative: Much smaller than expected. Not clean enough, especially utensils, pots and pans, which were all very dirty. The toaster and kettle were broken. Wifi was different to the one provided online and was extremely difficult to get in contact with the owner to ask him about the wifi issue. The instructions to recieve the key said to pick them up at a location which was 5 mins away from the hotel, and when we got there, the person who was supposed to give us the key said he didnt have it and on his end it said we had to go somewhere else, so we had to walk even further to recieve keys..

Nice place to stay if your travelling! Positive: The location was perfect Negative: That the listing said 2 beds and 2 sofa beds but we only had 1 sofa bed

Not recommended Positive: Once we were in, it was quite a nice unit. View was good. Had everything we needed. Negative: The check in and check out were appalling. Instructions were wrong and no real person to talk to. Everything was done online. Once at the front door, then had to walk 10-15 mins to pick up and drop off keys. Internet instructions also wrong and took 2 days to get wifi.
